Hi I have recently purchased a freelander 2000 plate TD4 3dr van, Its hard to select gears, I think/hope it maybe the clutch slave cylinder as if you double the clutch it goes into gear easily.
But I have a niggling doubt it is not the correct gear lever as it has no hill descent button on it??? my partners 2004 td4 has the button on the console just near the gear lever but mine hasnt this either. can any tell me if this is common for the commercial van or should it have hill descent button??? Also have a 1.8 xei 3dr 1998 70 thousand mile full yrs mot side steps gold for sale cheap as it has had the rear prop removed & is in 2 wheel drive only £800
