Freelander 2 sunroof seal trouble

Hello all!

ina freelancer 2 HSE owner and have had landrovers for over ten years. I’ve ha ea small bit of trouble where I noticed the seal around the sunroof came loose - it looks stretched. So I need to replace it, does anyone know how? And so I need to take the sunroof out? I hope not! Really small problem but it’s in danger of getting really expensive to chance a deal
