Freelander 2 Headlights

Recently added a Freelander 2 (2012) to the Landrover collection, it's a sort of addiction!
Only problem is switching to high beam blows the 15 amp fuse (sometimes). Ideas please?

Faulty column switch or chafed wire, are they hids or halogen?

Main beams are halogen

A chafed wire near the lamp unit is the most likely culprit.
