Freelander 2 electric handbrake pad change

Anyone done this and advice please. looked on You tube etc and nothing that really helps

1. How do you put freelander 2 into service mode to facilitate disc and pad change?
2. How do you push the piston back in with the electric brake ratchet correctly?
3. After fitting new discs and pads how do you re instate the electric handbrake to function correctly?
