Great pics, looks like a fun day out. :)

Since fitting bigger tyres I've noticed that the steering needs a little help self centering when driving round town. Is this a thing I need to expect now or is it time for a new steering Damper?

All other aspects of the steering seem fine, although I did think the PS pump went a few months ago, but it seemed to cure itself.

Get a Terrafirma self centring jobby for a defender. I got one to go on. Big spring around it that pushes it back to how it should be.

did your bigger wheels cause the same symptoms as mine then Matthew?

No, my steering damper is just ****ed. So I bought a nice shiney Terrafirma one to match all my other Terrafirma stuff.

I've got to basically sort the bushes out for the MoT along with a few brake adjustments and then I think that is just about it.

Plenty of cheap landys for spare or repair at the moment. Get buying and selling. I wish I had a unit as I'd do it to raise some cash at the moment.

It's alright breaking the landies but you need to find buyers for the parts. No one buys engines, etc now as they don't want to be in their drive changing it in the cold, wet or snow.

I am sorting it out with the insurers so I can run courses from the workshop on welding, black smithing and "using biofuels in the home". Just waiting to hear back about PLI :)
