Yeah thought it about time I upgraded - Doubt I'll Mod it much this time, I was going to keep the D1 for play but I am going to do a Spares or Repair on it, as it needs a new rear cross member, driver seat, and just needs a bit of tlc, and I am not really into much more then a bit of light off roading now

Hello I am new to this sight. I am building a discovery 300 tdi for a bit of trialling also green laning it is road legal. Do you know where I can go green laning I live in Halsted which is about 5 miles from braintree Essex. My discovery is almost done been welding it up and fitting 2 inch lift New bumpers and under shilds. thanks

Welcome mate, there are a few groups around that go laning and off roading, if you fancy it your welcome to come to the essex mud monkeys pub meet and have a chat. It's at the Cricketers pub five ash green co3 9tg this Friday 26th from around 7.30 if you fancy some grub, or anytime after that.

Hi all, I'm finally now in the Defender owner's club and looking to do a bit of green laning. Im in Marks Tey and wondered if i may be welcome along to learn a few things. Did a Land Rover experience day in a Defender two years ago and want to get back in the saddle. Im a newbie and willing to learn the right way.

We have regular meets on the 3rd Friday of every month. Septembers may be a little quiet as most are off to Peterborough but by all means come along to Octobers! We are all starting to get our trucks ready for winter so some event should be happening soon!

Cheers Drizz, I should be going to the Peterborough show, will drag the missus and kids along for a family day out and our first family excursion in the 110.
