Folks where other than landrover is best to buy a EPB set up. I cannot justify the £750+vat that Landrover want?

I’m happy to go aftermarket or recon/used.

Whats actually wrong with the 1 you have?
I am sure that new gears are available to rebuild the module if they are stripped.

Whoever had the car before me has left the cables loose and the ends have frayed against the hubs… mine is goosed so either way I need a replacement set up

I guess the first thing to do then would be remove the whole lot and have a look. It may well be repairable with new cables and gears
If not a secondhand unit from evilbay maybe.

Are you able to DIY?

A friend of mine fitted one of these Chinese D4 EPB and he's happy with it so far. If you go that way make sure it fits your modell...i'm not so sure that the expensive ones are not made in China as well
