Hi guys, after buying one of the icarsoft readers Its telling me I have an EGR problem. It's doesn't say which one so it looks like I would have to change both. What is everyone thought on blanking them off or would I be better putting new ones in? If I did blank them off, do I need to do anything else? You hear so many different opinions so I thought I would ask the landy drivers who know them best. My lady is a 2005 disco 3 2.7 tdv6. Cheers guys for any light you can throw onto it

Blank them with no worries at all, leave all the piepwork in place (for mot) and just slot the blanks in between the pipe flange and the egr itself, no need for new gaskets.
Did my 2006 4 maybe 5 years ago now
Cheap blanks off of ebay will be fine, no need for named ones etc, dotn but the hwole kit as you only need the two blanks.
It is also recommened to remove the intake manifold y piece butterfly valve flap.
