Do you sleep in your Landy?

camped out in the disco last night and never again !!

well not in aus anyway, covered in mossie bites and iching like hell. ill pay $25 for a hostel thanks !! :doh:

you want to have a mozzie net anytime sleeping out in OZ they carry some real nasty bugs , Ross river virus, weils etc etc .

Yep realising that now. The worst ones are the bites on my knuckles and forehead barstarding little things

Slept in my landies not present one might be uncomfortable as got four bucket seats curl up in boot if had to

Slept in my Landrover once because the bridge to my house was being repaired and I just couldn't leave her in the unprotected virtual wilderness which is where my wife and I live (its rural Lincolnshire) for fear of her being damaged or stolen! Kind regards. Chris

Had to sleep in the back of the 110 as the tent broke in the strong winds, camp bed fits in the back perfectly.

Yes, Me & my Mrs slept in the back of the disco & found it quite comfy. Our dog(rip) woke us up at 3am growling at the sheep that had surrounded us.

I often fall asleep in my landie while the mrs is in tescos or whatever.
warm & comfy is better than pushing a shopping trolley for over an hour,
going round and round the same blimmin aisles...
outside, asleep, is better..

not sure i can sleep propper in the back though..

Spend a week sleeping in my Land Rover every year and have done for some time



An 80" is big enough for anyone I am 6 foot 3 and fit just fine!

Does help if you have good weather as it's quite cramped trying to do everything inside,

I have slept in my Defender 200tdi CSW. I sling a hammock from the front drivers door to the rear door. push the seats down and bingo great nights sleep. If its very windy you even get a gentle rock to sleep.

The wife told me if i spend anymore money on it this year I will be sleeping in the landy
does that count ?
