What tools do you take in your Landy?

What tools do you take in your Landy? I mean tools that are not directly used on your car.

For me:

- Saw
- Shears
- Bolt cutters
- Mallot
- Spade

Thinking of adding an axe to my set as well. The other day I was going along a narrow green lane through a wooded area and encountered a big tree laying across it which had recently fallen down. I couldn't reverse because I had a trailer on the back. I ended up having to saw through the remains of the tree but it took almost an hour! Good job I had the tools with me, else I would have been ****ed!

I carry an axe. But that's more to dispose of passengers who **** me off than anything :screaming_bug_eye_f

Everything I carry is to keep or get my vehicle or other peoples vehicles moving. If you carry a saw it's to keep yer vehicle moving so therefore it's car related.

Lots I own a depender that breaks, my favorite is the big hammer tho

In winter, I carry a spade, snow shovel, chainsaw and axe, as well as my normal recovery gear

Well I'm a builder so i carry everything from Nail guns to Chop saws and a ton of fixings in between,but atm it's empty as I'm orf up the motorway tomorrow.

Large axe
Small axe
Sledge hammer
Branch lobbers
Large bow saw
+ all the tools required to look after a Landy that is on the dirt tracks every day

Why would you carry a chainsaw around?! Expecting a hurricane?

For me its just mechanical tools... socket set, spanners, bla bla bla

the reason for the chainsaw is because of where I am in Central Portugal -forests everywhere with many tracks that have not been driven for a long time so no fallen trees have been removed from the tracks. By driving the tracks regularly we help the local Bombaries (Fire Service) out by clearing the tracks aswell as enjoying ourselves, we are looked upon as doing a service down here not as a nuisance - totally different to the UK.

I often carry a chain saw in mine. It's both for restocking my firewood and for recovery work.

lots but never the ones i need when sumat breaks
