Disco 3 (LR3) discovery 3 noise

hello .. could anyone identify this noise please ?



LR 3 - 2.7 auto (160k on the clock)
i have a very similar noise to the link, it occurs between gears 1-4 when you take your foot off the accelerator at around (1500rpm upwards), in gears 5 + 6 the noise is constant regardless of throttle/revs.
gear change is smooth, no signs of slippage or over revving + no noise occurs in park, neutral & reverse.

noisy torque converter possibly ? , any ideas ?
