Help Landrover discovery 3 issue.

I currently have a Land Rover discovery 3 2.7 hse diesel, engine sounds fine, there are no lights on the dash, there is no smoke from the exhaust, the car is not in limp mode, can only do 45mph at 3000revs but will do 4000revs in neutral, there is a whistle noise when I accelerate at high revs. But car is really sluggish I was just looking for any advice any help would be much appreciated thanks. Been told possible holes in pipes.

Split intercooler hoses or split intercooler.
Three i/cooler hoses, large one drivers side is normally guilty party.

That is quite easy to do.

On the post you are replying to, click on 'reply' at the bottom right. That will open up a new window complete with a quote of what you are replying to.

Look down at the bottom right of this box and click on 'Upload a file'. Follow the instructions and this will automatically upload whatever picture(s) you have chosen. Mine takes an age 'cos I have 'to keep feeding the hamster' to make my internet connection work faster!
