Cutting out

Hi fella's...Cutting out started last week
The other day it cut out in rush hour traffic, started up again..then happened again meters up for the road.
It's just been serviced
Oil Filter & Oil
Air filter
Fuel Filter
Dizzy cap & Black Rotary arm.

Took it to a Landy specialist and he said it's distributor or coil...So i have ordered both...i'm not convinced though!
It only happends when it's getting warm (Not a quick drive to the shop)
It cuts out and takes 5-10mins to start up again.
The HT lead from the dizzy to the coil is buzzing so that is being replaced when my new set of leads turn up..
What do you guys think??
If it's the distributor, How easy is it to change, as i have already had a look and have no idea how to remove it

Also look a blocked crankcase breather (so called flame trap) and it's pipe to the plenum and then the coil top connections.

Could be the coil, failing when it gets hot although they sometimes do run hot

Cheers guy's, I'm hoping it's the coil and i can send the dizzy back and save a few quid.
