CKP timing lost

Hi all you have a proble with my freelander v6 morning have purchased a new engine as the old one has died. I have removed the old engine etc whe I separated the automatic gearbox I removed it with the torque converter. The problem is I did not mart the position of the torque converter on the flywheel and I have lost the timing for the ckp se sensor does anyone have any info as to what position the crankshaft etc should be and the position of the torque converter or to ré time the ckp sends thanks in advance
