Workers should not bit the hand that feeds them. Does it say in there work contract of getting a bonus at christmas??????????

Love the typical Daily Fail sensationalism in that article too. It is not actually JLR themselves, and the bacon sarnie isn't even their 'bonus', it's just a tradition that they get every year.

All that is a load of s**t my dad is the head chef for the whole of the jag plant in halewood and not 1 thing has been mentioned about free butties and he wont be taking it out of his money plus its never been a tradition there. papers talking s**t. again.

Our works bonus is a xmas party.... 37 quid a head sit down meal and disco in posh hotel thingy...

My daughter has got a paper round (just 14 papers she delivers) and she has had 41 quid and a box of chocolates for her bonus

my bonus is i dont have to work shifts anymore unlike sone poor buggers

Well my mate got an unexpected Christmas extra, he's driving me around tomorrow after I go out to a birthday dinner tonight and drinks and some pikey jobs tomorrow £50 in his hand no questions asked.

Does that count as a bonus as he is skint?

A few years back it wasn't un heard of getting £1-£1.5K bonus for engineers at our place last year was £800 across the board eng sales or workshop staff this year it looks bleak to be honest. Red bull somone said they get 10K each if they win which they did no wonder they were all laughing and joking the last time I was in there after the GP!
