3 hours of slaving away with the wd40, numerous metal poles/screwdrivers/chisels and the heaviest lump hammer you own should do the trick... i should know I did mine the other day!!! :lol:

After this weekend laning in North yorks and seeing what others have done to their Disco's I'm looking at building a platform for sleeping in the back, so I don't even need a tent, unless the missus comes too ..
