CB radio aerial fitting

Hi all looking to put a rig in the disco (04) but I am having some concerns about the aerial postion.
I had a look on the roof and noticed a rubber/plastic gromet towards the rear.
Is this a pre preped hole for such a use or am I way off track.
Any suggestions about fitting a cb/aerial in a discovery would be greatly appreciated.
This is a great idea here Cobra 19DX III Installation
but not much info on the aerial side of things.

use a magmount :doh: it aint rocket science

Mag Mount or gutter mount at the rear so it dunt get snagged whilst laning.
