Yup, my turn for the blend motors problem!
From the wealth of information available I think I'm clear on what needs to be replaced but I wanted to list my symptoms here and get a double check on what I'm thinking, so

Symptom: I can't get any hot or cold air to blow into the cabin. Just ambient temperature.

Supporting info:
- Workbook symbol displayed.
- Tried full HI and LO settings, makes no difference.
- Can direct air to the dash, feet, face OK, its just always the same ambient temp.
- Checked all fuses and relays.
- AC pipes don't get cold at all.
- A few months ago I had water in the passenger (UK car, aka nearside) foot well, not happened again since, have checked the drains are clear and replaces the pollen filters since then (maybe I didn't put one of the pollen covers in place properly the service before?).
- 2 Years ago I serviced the AC system (replaced pressure switch, dryer) and had it re-gassed, was fine after that.

So I'm thinking its the blend motors (STC3259) that need replacing.
Also thinking do the O-rings while I'm having fun (STC3262).

Does my thinking make sense?
Am I going to order the right bits?
Is there anything else I should consider getting/fixing while I'm doing the job?

Many thanks for any input.

Has it been overheating at all? Check the thermostat is opening correctly and also check if the radiator gets hot all over. If those check out the could very be the blend motors. If you can, get it on diagnostics as this will tell exactly if/which blend motor is at fault.
Typically, when the the o-rings let go, the drivers carpet gets wet as the heater matrix is behind the dash and the pipes come out above your left foot. Check for the tell tale dried coolant drips in the heater vent or damp carpet by the left footrest. If they are leaking, prepare for grazed hands, a lot of swearing and a years worth of chiropracter bills :D

Cheers for the info, got further with the diagnostics since I posted,
It came down to 2 faults,
1) AC needs a re0gas
2) The Left & right heat distribution/blend servos on the blink. Got at them and took them apart, the 10K ohm potentiometers were giving out rubbish values, new ones ordered!

Yeah its great fun getting your whole head inside the dash!
