I assumed it was draining for pillar yes. When your done, still a dynax or similar nozzle up there and fill the pillar.

I extended the pillar down to the black and tied it in to the pillar. You'll see it lines up perfect. Then just attach your red. I'm not a pro remember but mine did line up nicely. I'll be attaching the red afterwards.

Just took pics for you- see how the outer lines up perfectly with pillar? Maybe it's coincidence but seemed perfect fit to me! Close the door on it also without knocking your clamps off to check no rub and that it's right

The hole is for a drain, there should be a pipe in that pillar that pokes out the bottom of it

My drain pipes for rear sunroof come out of back of Disco , not through c pillar .

Not that it matters much ..... I’ve sealed the sunroofs up.

Ahhh just looked on froggarts site.

Yeah I made a few bends in it.

I found it helped to clamp the left hand boot floor to the wheel arch to pull the wheel arch into a bit of shape.

The centre hole but I left welding till last as it was about 4mm gap between it and sill mount.

When the outside was welded all over I bashed the hole with big hammer to get contact with sill mount to weld it.

If I remember tomorrow I’ll take side on pixie of it where you can see the bend :(

I decided because I don’t need the hole on the wheel arch for drain pipes..... I won’t have one. That way there won’t be any water going into the hole from the wheel end.
