Ahh right. Looks identical to my panel welding so was curious as I have same as your old one. I just saw the cleanest d1 ive seen in white. Think mine might get a paint job too haha

glad your arch looks lined up same as mine lol. If we are both out I can handle that haha.

You got a lot more puddle welds in than me mind. Got any pics of the inside of the top of the C? I still have big gap there too.

What you thinking axle wise? Take out and strip down? I think I may start mine soon just so when I get bored of cutting I can do a bit on that! As far As I can tell its only the diff bolts, A frame bracket and radius arms holding in. Also got to remove brake lines I think.

Yeah, I think I got carried away with my puddle welds ...... still, it won’t fall off !!! Lol

If you can get the axle off, that’ll be the best way to attack it but I’ll be cleaning and painting my axle with it attached. The Disco is on a driveway with a huge slope behind it.

Do you mean top of c pillar at roof ??
I’ll get some piccies today.

Bought some of this stuff from our local Caravan centre. Thought it would be ok for putting the rear panels back on with.

I was just on Amazon looking at exactly that type of stuff to put the rear quarters back on with as I only want the Disco off the road for one weekend when I pull it apart and do the boot floor and rear quarter panels.
