They change them all the time, which is why the suppliers usually say "OEM quality", explain the fact that the part may be a different brand to what was originally on the vehicle.
 
Currently car less due to Britpart.

Shall I bill them the garage work to fix my D2 due to their shoddy parts.

Seals. They fitted genuine now OK.

Will be taking it up with the supplying LR specialist this weekend.

Parts are in bin so cannot swap back for refund.

Had to get a LR specialist garage to do them as leg still bad.
 
Not a belt, but I fitted a pair of Bearmach drop links in September for the MOT. Well one is knocking already, after just 4 months and 2K miles. So I'll not be buying them again.
 
they do, but not listed for the td5, there is a part number of both pulleys that is gates and fits but they dont list it for LR td5 oddly.
Sadly not the tensioner!
