Hi All,
I wired in a separate feed for the ATC on my caravan, and converted my p38 to 13 pin electrics. Do I need to do the same on my L322 or are the electrics in standard form up to it this time?

Thanks in advance :)

As far as I can see a 12v 25amp supply is all that is needed...and whether this comes from the permanent live in a 7 pin, 12S or 13 pin plug ...or indeed a totally separate supply... is up to you. Either way..is something else waiting to go wrong.

ALCO 's Automatic Trailer Comtrol takes an immediate 15 amp from the supplementary socket. On my P38 the wire was not 'strong enough' so I had to put a dedicated cable in with separate fuse. (It works fine on the p38). I was wondering if anyone knows wether I need to do the same on my L322

You will need a dedicated cable or get a decent anti snaking hitch.

Air Traffic Control.......

or a hand-holding system for caravanners that don't know how to react to the van snaking (Automatic Trailer Control) ;)

How big is the caravan?

With the weight of the l322 and the average caravan the ATC is just a waste of money even with my 1.9t German job its not heavy enough to pull my LSE around, the 3.5 does wobble a bit but nothing to get giddy about

Bought the caravan whilst still using my P38 and the ATC was into the price of the caravan. Although it tows fine behind my L322 I want to fit the extra electrics so that battery charges and reversing lights work - this means the ATC will also work, hence the question.
