Anyone help identify this please??

I have a switch just to the left of my headlight aim adjuster, anyone know what it couild be?? (see pics)

Doesn't look standard so could be anything.

Lol, thats what i thought, ill try & trace wiring & see where it takes me,

isnt that your physitron conbobulator switch? Be bloody careful if it is mate.

Isn't that the auto self-righting mechanism?

If it is, press it and the vehicle will turn the right way up.

on the left? id leave well alone , tis bound to cost yer money

To late it's already been pressed. Just get Land Rover to reset the physitron conbobulator with their Testbook and it will return back to normal.

I assume you do not have climate control because that is where on of the sensors should live

No it's not. It's the tri-phase discomnokerater, for when you are off-road.

I hope it's summat good, like a locking diff switch .. if it were mine, with my luck, it'd be broken whatever it was ...

I wish it was for the diff.! i might have already beat you with that one.! thats why on one of the pics it came off in my hand.! :doh:

Still no joy with it yet though, i might try & press it when it goes to the garage next.. might be a self repair switch.!

The question is though, which way is on/off?? the white blob thing is like a small spanner hex head with a small flame..

You think it could be a self destruct button or somethin?
