Anyone contemplating a trip to Spain or Portugal around April time ?

As the title above any groups thinking of a overland trip around April time.

wouldn't be planning a trip to spain or Portugal I live in Gibraltar ........lol

I'll be heading to Portugal in mid April for a couple of weeks to recce routes for a group trip later in the year.

I generaly have 2 or 3 trips to the Pyrenees each year,though this year I would like to visit Corsica.I have researched a few routes which look interesting.
I went to Portugal 3 or 4 years ago,but the North where we went was suffering big forrest fires & off roading was not possible.
I'm interested in any trips you might have planned.
