As title suggests, Ive changed 3 injectors but the most awkward one at the back is stuck fast. Ive no back hammer but have been trying to twist and pull with mole grips.i soaked it with wd40 but still no movement. Also i couldnt get the copper washer out of no3. I made up a tiny hook from ht steel wire to try and clean around the edges then hook it up but that seems stuck fast aswell.
All suggestions greatfully accepted.

Forget wd40 etc, spray with carb cleaner which will brake down carbon deposits etc ask any heavy fitter and that would be his reply

Have you tried slackening off the injector mounting nuts a couple of turne and then turning the engine over?

Sometimes the old, forgotten ways still work!

I loosened my pinch bolt and drove it for two weeks checking it every time i stopped, stuck solid.
In the end i dug out my slide hammer, cut the nut of an old injector pipe welded it to the slide hammer and out she came took some effort though.

You don't mention which engine you have?

On the 2.5, 200/300TDI for example, it is possible to get spanners and things onto flats on the injector body, then with a rocking motion you can lever it up against the top of the flats and pry it out. Safe, cheap and causes no damage. I've had quite a few severly stuck injectors and have always managed with spanners, maybe a screwdriver again to pry under the tops of the flats on the injector body.
