Hi guys , I know I have seen other threads on this subject but can't seem to find the one I want again.
I have a P38 DHSE 2001, with more than a few problems, however the battery recently gave up so was replaced only to find it had locked us out, a friend has entered the key code via lock, but now alarm will not allow the car to start, mwhich I need to get running problem sorted:Cry:
In a previous link a member was offering a PM to be talked through it on the phone.
I,m about to drive 2 And half hours, to try to sort this so won't be able to reply back straight away, sorry:(, however once stopped I will, hope someone out there can help me get my old girl started again, many thanks:D

If message centre says "Engine disabled" you should not be able to turn it over with key. If you have used EKA code and that message is not showing and car turns over you have lost sync ECM to BECM and will need a Syncmate or Nanocom to get it running.

Thanks I think I have the latter problem, does anyone know of anybody close to the location of my car, see previous reply, who has this equipment?

hi P.M./ Me and il'l give you my no and talk you thru it over phone cheers mozz:)

Just curiosity as you offer this quite often. Is it a secret and special method or one of the known ones that you kindly describe over the phone when someone is going bat**** with despair that there pride and joy has suddenly turned into a frustrating heap of junk?

G~

hi perry have not recieved your pm ??????????????

gencybay , re your question ,,,no its not a secret its a re-sync program i devsied from info off the net and direct from a rangie specialist ,its in three sections ...up to date i have successfully sorted 52 out of 54 stranded rangie lads over the phone and the 2 i coudnt do had lost all sync between becm and engine management ecu and needed to be syncd on a autologic - nanocam -faultmate --or other syncmate diagnostic equipment and ,if your really nice to me and send me a p.m. with your e-mail address i will happily send you a copy, cheers mozz
