It sounds like the BCM is set to backup, not master - you should be able to change that. You also need an engineering 'key' to edit the CCF (but not to reload it).
Are you trying to download the as-built data? If you want to PM me your VIN and an email address I can try & download it for you and send all the files to you in a compressed file.

How can I change BCM from backup to master? Couldn't see option for that.

Regarding the engineering key I have downloaded an app that generates a code so everything I do to CCF is under engineering mode.

I am trying to download VIN specific as-built and have that fault described earlier.

I have compressed the last session and the download manager for the VIN updater. I can send them over so you can have a look.

Cheers - three things stand out...
1. The time zone doesn't match the country assigned, it might be nothing but worth changing IMO
2. The IPC is the CCF master, with the PCM as the backup - I've never seen that, possibly a 'shadow backup' if the BCM isn't available?.
3. there are a lot of NOK fail errors, I'd suggest trying a different interface cable, this could be the root cause if the cable is failing to communicate on the correct Bus at the correct speed. Everything on the HS CAN seems OK, this could also indicate an IPC/IPK issue as it's also a 'gateway'.

Some of the modules do not communicate as I have them disconnected at the moment as I am repainting the center console plastics and the HVAC and air suspension controls :D

Most problematic is the VIM module that SDD cannot connect to.

Regarding the timezone - I have just changed country and diller info to see if it will make a change to enable download of the files.

Do you know how to swap the master CCF module? And anything about that error I experience while trying to upload the CCF back to the car?
