advice needed - on purchase

hi all

I was having a gander through some 90's and i noticed some common problems being brought up from a particular seller and i was wandering if he is on to something or just being picky.

the first is a loud fuel pump

and secondly he said on a few of his sales ad's that the steering wheel is off centre

any advice would be greatly appreciated as i am really looking to buy a 90 soon

Off centred steering wheel - not unusual, and easily fixed unless rods are bent and even then not the end of the world

Loud fuel pump - impressed anyone could hear one over the engine and general LR aerodynamics

The only way you get to hear the fuel pump is when it has fallen off and is dragging along the ground behind you!!

Loud fuel pump is caused by air in the fuel system or the pump is on its way out.

mentioning silly little faults , can sometimes be called distraction selling beware !!!
