1958 (September) SWB for sale

Good home sought for old friend since 1977. Location 6 miles from Inverness (stop reading now if that's too far for you). For sale due to death of chief driver/mechanic, 1958 (September) SWB series 2 diesel. No MOT and on SORN, as mechanic's illness prevented attention at appropriate time. Not thought to have any serious defects apart from dead battery, but will be sold as seen, so make sure you're happy before parting with money. Buyer will have to arrange own collection. Replacement engine and fully galvanised chassis within last ten years, assuming my memory is correct. Won best working land rover at Masham steam gathering following year of fitting (think this picture is on the members register somewhere). Full cab with windows, overdrive, orginal (interesting) numberplate, IF I can find it original green logbook with my name as last owner. As many spare parts and bits from 30 years collection as you can find and carry away, with permission to come back again. First cash in mits over £400 secures.
