Anyone on here drill the bulkhead for better access to rust proofing?

As per title, anyone on here drill more access holes to rustproof there bulkhead? I’m properly going to drill some holes as per the army, and Mike at Brittannia restorations, and plug them with rubber bungs see attached picture in relation to the MOD

I have not drilled any extra holes in my 1990 90's bulkhead but have over years squirted oil into it by removing the top screws of the door hinges and a bolt inside at the end of the dash that holds the screen bracket. Also when renewing wiper spindle's a couple of years ago sent plenty in that way. Along with Gwyn Lewis type mud flaps bulkhead is still pretty good for 32 years.
P.S. there are bungs in the bulkhead for left hand drive wipers that can be removed.

I have drilled out the holes at the bottom of the A pillar, as they are to small and block up with dirt very easily, quiet hard to see, but they are there
As for bungs, unless water can get in from above I would leave them open.

Thank you very much, are these holes easy to find? I can get on and do this at the weekend, there is a couple of rubber bungs where the doors wires would go through by the light door open switch so I’ve opened them today to find a nice place to fire some liquid

The cavity you are firing liquid into through the door switch rubber Gromit is the same cavity that I'm talking about above, you have to look from underneath, like I said it's hard to see but you can see it

The easiest way to find it is squirt some in and see where it comes out at the bottom. I've found that if I undo the top door hinges I can get the flexible pipe of my underseal gun in and a good way across the bulkhead under the windscreen inside some sort of box section. While you're in that area, take the door seals off and have a look at that pinch welded lip that they fit over - mine's apt to go rusty if left untreated so put a bit of Dinitrol on it every couple of years and it doesn't seem to be deteriorating further. Also, there are some holes along the bottom of the door. I squirt some up there every couple of years too. The probe fits up my holes (said he without a trace of innuendo) but on my friend's I had to ream them out with a 6mm drill. Well worth doing, because when I have the door trim panel off, the door frame is nice and black looking with no active rust.

Thanks brown, I’ve found some more rubber bungs, one in the passenger footwell and one on the drivers side bulkhead in the engine bay, not sure if these just go straight into the cabin or engine bay though
