If you have 16" wheels on your td5 you could fit the tyres but not wheels. Td5 and 300tdi are different .
tyres are around 8 month old but had very little use

I don't think they will without wheel spacer ?
Do you have 10 or 24 spline diff ? Might have parts to convert to disc
