D2 Twin battery installation

Hi All,

In process of converting 2004 Discovery 2 into an overland camper.Roof tent / cooking/ stroage etc all sorted - now need to sort out twin battery and electrics to support fridge freezer and other kit. Not planning a winch tho! Any suggestion for good kit and how best to do this?

Cheers. Have found a decent kit sold by Devon 4x4 which has all I need - just fitted it today and it was pretty straightforward. Don't usually do electrics on the car but found the instructions easy enough and managed it in a morning!

go for a maggiolina rather than safari style tent - they take a full double skin and are much warmer if you expect cool weather. I have a hannibal and will replace it with maggiolina as soon as cash allows especially as there are good deals from italy on fleabay (paypal protected!)
