Reversing a spec lift which is towing an American style 5th wheel Bavaria and caravan combo is 'interesting' to say the least.

As an average about half a tonne but it does depend on size.

Mine are probably a bit more than that. My trailer is rated to take over 1.5 tonnes, total weight 2.7 tonnes.

Trouble is they move. One of mine rocks backwards and forwards forcing the brakes on and off which makes towing interesting.

Another throws hissy fits which make the trailer bounce down the road.

Luckily the third one keeps still, except for trying to kick the floor out if you have to stop at traffic lights . Always dread getting held up on the motorway.

I just cant imagine risking towing with something not really up to the job. Its my pet hate on the horsey forums.

Oh and most people have two horse trailers, although you can get them for three.

My pony weighs 500kg and I always tow my horse in her pony trailer as if I have a cup of hot tea in my lap - dont spill it! The horse moves in the trailer, leans around corners and adjusts its weight to balance itself.

My pony in her trailer is way under what Silverlandy is capable of but I've also towed an ifor 505 with her and a 600kg thoroughbred in it, same principle.

Draft horses go 2000-2300 lbs Riding horse 900-1200lbs pony's-900lbs

sheep 10-15 depends on breed, ewes 175lbs each good ram200-250lbs each

I dont, my 510 will only take two large horses. One has to stay at home. Cant manage three at a show anyway, I cant afford a groom

I have towed a Rice three horse belonging to a friend with my Disco, no problem and still well under the limit.

Someone makes a trailer for Polo ponies which fits 4 at a time, wouldn't want to tow that.
