the point?

They were protesting about the futility of their lives against the overwhelming proletariat bias against the poor and worthless.

so they said:rolleyes:

It will happen a lot more often if the government thinking does not change. When drip down economics are used, were the rich are made richer in the hope they will invest to create jobs for the poor, there has to be that investment. Not just the rich sitting on their wealth which has been an ever increasing trend over the last thirty years or so. Or with the rich investing their tax concessions in China and India where a much larger return is available, or basically anywhere but here. Something has to give at some point.

your right one of many foolish beliefs in our economy, people need to be employed doing something that gives them respect and self worth preferably in long term jobs then there children will gain same

REAP what you sow, this country is

Fundamentally flawed

Gotta agree with above. When even the last Labour government widens the wealth divide between rich and poor, what`s going on? Before the last election only the Liberals were talking about upping taxes to invest in health & schools.... and where are they now...
Invest in the east, put your customers out of work, and who`s gonna buy your cheaper products?
Too much short-termism.
We need a long term view.
Vote me in as president for life, and I promise the power won`t go to my head. Honest.

Politicians are at it again blaming parents, sure the parents are poor in some cases but thirty or more years of wooly minded liberal dogma from politicians, teachers and social workers that has slowly removed all forms of punishment for kids, all personal responsibility and all respect for the law has created the current situation. Add to that immigrants from certain parts of the world who have a different attitude to life and death and you have an explosive mixture.
Politicians are the root cause:mad:

that is all true but with it we need to include every one you cant expect people to happily spend there lives fielding where the ones that achieved acdemically or from the right background get to bat all the time

Consumerism and from about the early nineties a desire fore instant gratification, loan to people who should never of had them.

Lets be honest the only way a chav is going to obtain the expensive luxury items in life is drug dealing, stealing and prostitution-unless they are extremely fortunate.

Social inclusion funding for youth clubs etc has been slashed, this will directly affect crime rate.

Basically the governments are not interested in working class and middle classes unless they are exploiting them.

remember Labour " we wont raise income tax" so they raised national insurance instead.

I advocate as little interaction with state as possible, because the state is a wealth confiscating system you simply are better off avoiding as much as possible.

WRONG TO PUNISH BANKERS sums up how if you **** up that your crucified, if the ETON,OXFORD,CAMBRIDGE crew screw up it is swept under the carpet.

For instance the Pakistani millitary purchased a billion dollar sub, but uk government gave them £600 million to teach their kids to read.
Please explain how this was better spent than topping up a pensioners pension to avoid fuel poverty.
Cameron times are hard but international aid continues.

lol:) dont tell them if you ever get pulled buy the police thats like setting off a boom:eek: wot a blast that was for me:D:D:D:D

Why were those little sods running round did you say? Because they could?
Yes, they think they can because they`ve heard there`s not enough police on the beat to stop `em or prison places to hold `em.
Seems like quite a few are being caught up with now, thanks to CCTV, but they shouldn`t have been allowed to do the rioting in the first place. Cutting the taxes on investment bankers to keep `em in the City of London, and under funding police prisons & schools is just more short termism.
We need a government not just looking to the next election, but someone to look out for the future. I could be persuaded to do the job for you. In exchange for immunity from prosecution, and a huge salary and multiple free houses etc.

Sorry, the riot had everything to do with government, sucessive governments have with their policies created the environment in which these ****s survive and thrive.
I'm 100% English but I left the UK 11 years ago, I didn't want to grow old in a country where I was scared to walk down the street of a Friday evening, where both my parents died as a result of negligence by NHS hospitals who were quite happy to say that anyone over 65 was not worth expending time and money on. I'm just sad for my kids, all gainfully employed but with no means of escape.

I'll do it for no salary:D First off build some proper prisons on the uninhabited islands off the north of the UK. All in concrete USA stye 1 per cell, no TV, no mobile phones, no gymnasiums, no swimming pools, a budget of £2.50 per day per person for food. Bring back Hanging for murder if the evidence is beyond doubt, these days with DNA there is much less likelyhood of mistakes. Castration for second rape offences.
Any non British passport holder convicted of any offence deported to country of origin without appeal. Only English language in schools and on official documents. If you want live in my country learn the language or **** off. Just for starters:)
