I need to get a bike rack for the Disco, Not sure what to get as it needs to carry 4 bikes, 2/3 adult and one childs bike. I have a tow bar so that is an option, have seen racks that bolt to the wheel carrier, but worried it would be too much weight. Cheers,

Hi all, will be getting my new to me Disco 2 tomorow, is there any easy greenlanes around North Kent as i want to do abit of light offroading. Shame woodlands 4x4 has closed.

Looking at getting an older Disco 2 with about 100,000miles on it. Which gearbox is more reliable, Manual or Auto? I would like a Auto as i do around 75-80k a year for work ( not in the disco!!) so would like a slush mattic for the weekends. Will also be doing a bit of "light" off roading...

Well i'm now getting just a little :mad: by having a shower from my sunroofs on my presant D2 even though i have mastic'd them. I'm now thinking about upgradeing to a D3 with No sunroofs. All I want to know is do they leek?

After last nights heavy rain I still have a wet driver's footwell, were the front of the door meets the bulk head at the front of the door seal carpet join area, any ideas were it comes in from? It is not the sunroof as they are all siliconed up and water tight. Can it come in at the top...

Well having I think cured my leaking rear sunroof, it appears i now have a slight damp patch in the front drivers footwell, only on the right hand side buy the door / seal join. doesn't appear to come in from the bulkhead. Any Idea's? don't think it is the front 'roof. Cheers.

Had a very good day today :D After about 20yrs wait I have finally bought a Land Rover All I have to do now is wait till Saturday. The Land Rover is a Discovery TD5 GS Auto 7 seat in Tomb Raider Grey (forgot the proper name) 50,000miles 51 reg from a Main Dealer £9395 Very Happy.
