I always have to laugh when I open the door to my 90 in the rain and 'that' drip starts up. It's like it knows - when I lean in (not even touching the 90 as I do so) to remove the pedal lock, the drip turns into a torrent straight down the back of my neck, then eases up again as I move away. :D...

Do you tend to clean salt from your chassis whilst snow and salt is still on the ground, or do you just wait until everything on the road has thawed and washed away and give your chassis a bloody good cleandown then?

..... some sort of valve to physically cut the engine before it has a chance to aspirate water and hydrolock? Maybe some sort of float set at right-angles to the air intake which could float upwards with the water level until it cuts the air supply altogether just before water is aspirated...

The 4x4s that depreciate slowest ...whilst a bunch of ****ebox rep-mobiles on stilts that couldn't get off a wet cricket pitch are listed. (Range Rover and Disco excepted of course) I mean, the Fender holds its value absurdly well.

I'm hoping someone might know what's going on with my 90. It's a 2005 TD5, 55k on the clock and running on standard DERV. When I start up from cold, it always seems a bit weak at first and won't rev properly for 10-15 secs. After that, it seems to snap out of it and revs normally. Today...

Just curious really - t'was black, very shiney and had large blinged up chome wheels on it. Was driving down a road just off the Schillerplatz. Just wondering whether maybe it was anyone off here.
