    yup thats what it is [carbon] done loads of these due to leaking injector seal [copper washer] but when you do it make sure engine is stone cold as you can chip the carbon away,if the engine is warm or hot then no chance ,let it cool.even after removing external carbon the injector can be a ####...

    nope no adjustment for seatbelt on 3dr,no seat up and down adjustment and very little adjustment for steering wheel.can never find the perfect driving position but still luv to drive it

    could be but i think front wipers need to be on to activate rear wiper when reverse is selected:)

    I think I have thrown my auto box out of whack

    when unbolting the starter from the box you are breaking the earth to the starter so if no warnings with it unbolted then i would think some sort of short in the starter causing controll modules to generate faults.:)

    nothing in the test manual to say this is a fail,i think it used to be until some legal wrangle and then it was dropped from what i remember:)

    to check youre front driveshafts grab hold of the driveshaft near to the inner joint and push up and down there should be no movement between shaft and outer casing if there is then its worn,also turn the shaft to try in different position as play is sometimes only felt in certain positions on...

    have you checked youre tyres? newest tyres or tyres with the largest circumfrance must go on the rear to prevent wind up:)

    as i said before back in 2010 on a simaler problem, i think all chain driven hp pumps must have a seal to prevent diesel leak into the sump via the drive shaft so this could be your problem.i think injectors sticking open would cause alot of starting and running problems with low pressure fault...

    Front Brake Disc Screws

    as said drill the heads off or just hammer the brake disc off which usually breaks the screw heads off,screws are not fitted to every make of car so i think its only a build process from new to hold the disc in line for easy fitting of calliper,not all manufactures do this

    dont think fl1 has undersized spare,if its fl2 then is probably ok for short distance and lower speed:)
