My gearbox is a lot sloppy, Im contemplating changing it. Wheres the best place to get a recon box? What sort of price are they? Do you part ex the exisitng one? I presume you change the box and transfer box in one unit? Its a 2.25 petrol series 3.

Are the rubber bits on the front apron available seperately? I cant seem to find reference to them anywhere. I need one of the large mushrooms off the top, and onr of the teeny ones off the end if anyone has any? Or if they can point me towards a parnt number somehwere?

I know most people have swing away spare wheel carriers.. But if I mount the wheel direct on the door, how long will it take to knack the hinges or the door itself?? Ive heard of doors buckling, them cracking, and hinges failing.. Are these thins really happening or is it scaremongering? Cheers

Well i just had more fun with the landie. Ive spent the last couple of hours reattaching the front bumper, numberplates and ripped out the knackered rear wiper motor. Just need to go buy a new one now to wack in. All good in the hood!

Did britax make n fit sunroofs to Landies? My disco has 2 britax roofs in and they both leak. I obvioulsy need a new seal in them, but does a genuine landie seal fit it? or do i have to get a britax part!?
