Pete from BAS near York did mine + decat and centre box. Could feel the difference straight away, and now have over 110k on the clock with no issues; and no problems with the gasses once done, they leave from the place originally intended i.e. the exhaust! For some reason my MOT soot readings...

And while you're about it you might want to remove the cat and ditch the centre box if it has them. Tom

Cracks on the head around injectors 2, 3 & 4. That's why I went for the new head instead of the recon. Tom

Yup, posted about this issue before. Had the Turners head on for 6k miles now and no issues with diesel in fuel. Get it sorted quick, as the turbo likes to use the nice mix to run away with itself.... Speak to Frida at Turners - she is really clued-up on Landys! Tom

Did you drain the oil out of the ECU, and what other problems are you noticing? And no, you won't have to replace the entire loom back to the ecu, however you may still have resdual oil seeping out for a while. Tom

Little chance of me putting them back on my TD5 Defender! Love the sound and love the way it pulls, and for some reason I get better readings on the MOT with them out than in. Tom

Yup, I can also vouch for the Spy Eye - got mine in SA about 10 years back and have used it everyday since. Range is pretty good - tested it to about 100m. Doorbell chime mode is better to wake-up to than the alarm setting! Tom
