I did the same as you, replaced everything, yet radiator blew again. Eventually, I dont have a problem when I replaced all parts with Genuine. After that problem disapeared.

OK Im an idiot, problem is now fixed. What I did was drain the transmission fuid and add 5 lires of engine oil to the engine oil. Should ve clicked at the time that 10 litres should have gone in. I realised what I had done whilst trying to sleep last night.

Tried that already, bridged the relay. Made no difference. Now, cause I changed the Fan, Radiator, Tank all for genuine, something in that equation made a difference. Im suspecting the non-genuine radiator as the culprit.
