    Worn Haldex/Diff signs

    Freelander 2 (LR2) Freelander 2 clutch failure

Movement of the pressure plate I assume...The springs chew away at the thrust surface it would seem, the result is enormous once it starts..

So I've just crossed Europe to Poland without a hitch, second time the FL2 has done this run with me but on Wednesday, in city traffic I put my foot on the clutch and it went to the floor... broken plastic clutch thingie

When you push it is it normal? I'm wondering if something has caused it to put too much pressure on the plastic thingy... Next thought, could you substitute a bolt for the plastic thingy somehow..

    defender chassis

I guess you will make it fit but its intended for a two inch shorter wheelbase, somewhere you will have to make this up. Why dont you use a 90 body?

    just changed steeringbox

You need to keep a slack spot, but the smallest possible.. very fine "feel"
