I.e.: chopping off the window frame and fiddling about with it to make it removable. I appreciate that it would make very little difference to airflow etc, but it's more for "the look" when the roof's off... But: would it be worth the effort?

For the front of an '88 90... MOT failed coz the doors eat them... :rolleyes::rolleyes:

...TD 90 with lt77 and lt230. Noises: Clunk on taking up drive. Scrape or rattle or squeal (depending on its mood) when moving. These noises get worse, the more revs put on and go away when declutched. Squealy brakes... Oh, and not forgetting the engine no longer turns off when...

Clunk when accelerator applied quickly from foot off completely. Horrible vibrating noise when in 4th around 25 and 5th around 30. Any diagnosis? Obviously, not a lot of information, but we'll start at minimum and work up...

Three things... 265/75R16s. Will they fit on 7x16s? Will they stick out past wheel arches? Will they need spacers etc.?

Used search, didn't really help before you yell at me... What size are standard 90 rostyles? And what range of tyre sizes will fit on 7x16s?

Exactly what i said. DVLA says date of reg is 72, so I'd imagine a series 3, but could have been stuck on a forecourt for ageses...
