also once i have rebuild the engine what are the problems ill find fitting it in a series 3 ?

its a short wheelbase do they not take you too close to the steering wheel ?

has any one tryed fitting range rover seats in a series or do you know if they will fit ?

yes one does look cleaner but i have cleaned them all up soo they are all slightly diffrent i think and the damaged piston was number 5

the oil was quite clean but they guy we bought it from was complaining of an oil problem just odd that its only one piston and the bore is fine just going to change all the ends

taken all the pistons out and the camshaft theres a bit of wear on the main bearing shells and the big ends also one of the pistons looks damaged the piston rings are sieze cant under stand why its only one of them ?

im puting this in and takeing a tdi out i know that will not be popular but my other series 3 is a bit rough and was hopeing this would make it run abit smoother also will post a pic of what its going in to in a bit its a hybrid discovery chassis with a series 3 body so hopeing we will only have...

If there's plenty oil then id say big ends I could be wrong but only one way to find out

Our series 3 seems to wander excessively. Have renewed all steering linkages and no play in steering box, have renewed leaf springs, steering damper and shock absorbers but is still difficult to keep in a straight line while driveing, is this normal? Anything else to check?

i have a disco /seres hybrid project and i have both haynes manual and i would like the disco verson of this as im not sure where to start with the brakes thanks for any help

my s 111 when it had the 2.25 diesel in it struggled to pull its self but now with a 200tdi it feels like it could tow any thing but not tryed to pull any thing yet.

yeh just dont mess with the wiring unless you know what you are doing !!
