300 tdi discovery 96 does it mater which way round the heater pipes go cant seem to find a pic of which one goes to the head and which goes to pipe running along head of the two pipes that come through bulk head is it left one to head right one to pipe or does it realy matter

have a slight problem with the discovery when i start it up it makes a ticking noise from front of engine removed the drive belt and the air con belt and it stopped then replaced air con belt and there was no noise but as soon as i replaced drive belt ticking back again but cant seem to...

tried that trick and no the water is not surging when reving the engine landrover seems perfectly fine now filled it with water last night then did 20 miles or so in her with no problems just wondered if any one knew why she would suddly drop her water or get hot prob will have head off...

sorted it was engine managment fuse next question is why is it blowing that fuse is a 10 am on lower of the satalite fuse boards
