how hard to fit and how long to do.

They are a right pain. you'll need 1/4 drive sockets and extension. gloves (knuckle protection ) and masses of patience.

Be careful not to lose the O ring and it is sometimes best to use the existing pipes.

Land Rover give 2 1/2 hours workshop time for this job and it is only three bolts and two pipes.

it took me 2 hours you can do it with 3/8 drive set.
bottem bolt can be a bitch
