Hi all I am having problems with my Disco 1 lock. I have it out but the person who tried to steal my car broke off something in the lock barrel. I have removed the circlip and find that as you say the barrel still does not want to come out. Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers Steve

Hi all having the same problem re starting after changing injector seals. Have done all the checks, purges etc. I have noticed that when cranking the fuel gauge is very erratic and I am told there is smoke from the exhaust. I am charging up the battery for a couple of days before trying again...

Hi, Have a series3 engine (2.25)that I am going to use while original is being rebuilt. Is it ok to use 2a gearbox on series 3 style clutch as I don't want to swap original old style clutch pressure plate unless I have to. Thanks

Hi have just completed fitting egr replacement kit and hoses. Tapped the small plastic coolant hose that carries coolant to/from egr gass cooler and it snapped . This has apparently happened before as there are small pieces of rubber hose joining it. Is it ok to just get a length of steel tubing...
