Just been to Land's End and back no problems, about 400 miles each way, no stops either direction and it didn't miss a beat. 1st longish run it's had since we bought it last year so still quite happy with it for what we paid. It now owes us nothing

It should be stamped on any decent wheel as ET** No definite answer to your question as it depends who made the modulars and what you're comparing them to

Wasn't there an actual production change from grey to black at some point during the FL1's production?

Cheers mate, have you seen the pics of the "neatly folded" 40 foot static caravan on my vans roof... (The VW, not the Gaylander :) )

Has anyone got a boat trailer for sale (not silly money) that will take a 21 foot cruiser in & out of the water at the local marina - doesn't have to be roadworthy - I'll stick it on my roof to bring it home if necessary. Let me know, Cheers

Read EVERYTHING about the transmission and if the seller won't let you do all the tests that you want to do, then walk away. Make sure the tyres are well matched, if newer on the front, be cautious.
There's plenty of them about for sale; although at slightly inflated prices no doubt due to...

Sounds like it's turned itself off.....

18N is the 1994cc Rover engine
-
20T2N is a prefix, the next letter & digits identify the type, iirc. Age of vehicle would be a big clue though, as already mentioned it should be a 2.0 Di or a Td4 (unless someone's changed it.....)

These folk used to be happy to do one offs and good quality too
Mosake-Partners About us

No personal experience of them - I've run Wranglers (crap on-road life) Maxxis ( superb) & Kumho/Marshall (even better than the Maxxis at "tarmac life" & pretty good on the soft stuff)
Hope that helps a bit

Midland or Kernow are good basic budget sets that crop up on ebay. Intek are great newer multi band boxes. Used both and been happy with what tehy do for the money.
Or look out for an old "modded" Formac - lots of fun (if you like that sort of thing) :-)

Truck King in Newark have always been good and very decent prices
-
There's branded names for the same money. Try a local independant tyre place
