i have a d2 that is driving me crazy. Been going around in circles for the last 4 days.
Right lets start from the beginning up until Wednesday everything was fine no indication of a problem. Drove in no problem turned it off, left the keys in it, had a coffee 20 minutes later went to start, all the indicator lights came on and went off as normal, just the normal oil, batt and handbrake stayed on. Turned the key to crank nothing. Took the keys out locked the vehicle then unlocked it still the same fault.
After 30/40 minutes the m&s lights started to flash. Now the gear selection indicate reads P, R & N on both the dash and lights beside the stick.
What I've done since read LZ, removed batt had it checked and replaced, check earth points, checked and clean small amount of oil from the control unit, adjusted xy switch no good, replaced xy switch from a known good one, still the all the same problems.
I do not have a code reader is there anyone who can help?.
