Hi All...pic of disco with 2" OME lift. Light duty springs. Got ~30mm on the front and 40mm on the rear. Munroe shocks. Very pleased with the ride. Still thinking about the right tyre choice. Thoughts are:

245/75/16
265/75/16

Any advice on which one to go for?

Hi, got 265/75/16 Maletestra Kobras on my D1 ! Never had any problems with them, even on p*** wet roundabouts no bum twitching moments, been great off road too, some really muddy sites & still no probs.

265's all the way..;)

Woody...I'm leaning that way, but seeing mixed posts about the front tyres rubbing

My disco is 90% used as the family car, so it will be an all-terrain tyre. Looking to loose the 18inch low profiles as they make the ride harsh over pot holes etc...so big 16" will give me much more sidewall.

I've always thought that the D2 needs a 2 inch lift to bring it back into proportion. However, your D2 now looks a bit under wheeled so go for your larger choice of tyres.
