Wiring for parking sensors

Disagreement between wife and lampost took bumper off back of Disco V8 ESiand ripped wiring out for the factory fitted parking sensors. 3 wires per plug but don,t know which one goes where. Can any body tell me the sequence the should be "re-connected"? All I get now is a long beep as soon as the ingnition comes on for 20 secs and then in cuts off (even with the sensors not connected.
